Renders for a Passive House student residence in Vancouver.
Diagrams to describe design inspiration for a 4 building plaza. Core ideas include connection to the park, proximity to King George Blvd. (a major street) and skytrain station, all influenced design decisions; series of gardens, green space and green houses creates a connection to the neighbouring park; colour coding building type: blue for residential, purple for office and orange for commercial.
Diagrams explaining the key elements of the podium for the four building plaza; main level facade and entrances; circulation through the podium to the park and to upper levels; and room types.
